Alexei has worked as a journalist in Forbes, Newsweek, and “Gazete.ru”. In 2006 he started his own project Look at Me with Vasiliy Esmanov. In 2007 the internet-magazine grew into the publishing house Look At Media.  Today, Look At Media is one of the most successful media companies in Russia with a monthly audience of more than 6 million readers, and a prestigiously awarded creative agency.

Ilya Krasilshik

Russian editor. In 2004, Ilya began working at Yandex as the assessor group lead. In October 2006 he became editor for afisha.ru, and later, a journalist for Afisha. From July 2008 to June 2013 Krasilshik served as editor-in-chief of Afisha, then became product director. From 2014, he has acted as the founder of Meduza.

Andrei Konyev

From 2008 to 2014, Andrei worked for “Lenta.ru” as the head of such departments as “Science” and “Film”. He led the department social channels, creating a unique community, “Lentach” on VK, based around the social networks. He worked with Igor Belkin to bring the social networks into top traffic positions. After leaving, he founded several digital agencies, modeled after the popular scientific community “Obrazovach” on the Vkontakte social network. In 2015 he launched his own version on the topic of science and technology, which in one year attracted a million readers a month.

In 2001, he became the editor of professional magazines on advertising and marketing in Moscow publishing house. Since 2003, heads the department of “Business Technology” in the magazine “The Secret Firm”.
